    Very friendly and 'helpful' when they want to sell you something, but as soon as something goes wrong nobody wants to know. Send emails, leave messages - no response. Ring and speak to somebody and they assure you they will get back to you, but despite chasing, nothing. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service here.
