  I purchased carpet from this shop few weeks ago,I asked for underlay and also said I needed a bar for bedroom,a guy came and laid it but never had any underlay and no bar,so I presumed the carpet was foam backed and 3 weeks on realised ive been conned the guy said he'll phone and arrange to put bar on,still no call and to make things worse tonight I spilled a bit of paint on hall carpet and cleaned it with damp sponge and noticed hour later there were bubbles under carpet which obviously were caused by guy using cheap glue and the damp sponge has unstuck it,so I pulled it gently from side and carpet is so thin it ripped,and now have bubbles and a ripped patch,I could cry!! avoid these thieves
